It would be rather cumbersome solution to have a separate package of cpumem-applet to match your (or anyone else's) theme, wouldn't it? You could file an enhancement bug to cpumem-applet and I could possibly make the bars themeable or configurable via Gconf in future releases.

I was just referring to the fact that if you intend to distribute your theme to others via Extras or Ovi Store, it is not a viable option to theme cpumem-applet this way.
For your own purposes it is enough obviously.
