Hi

Anyone seen or know if there is any lynx for Maemo? Most of the linux have this package located at /usr/bin/lnyx

It look like it is not in our N900?

Looks like it's in extras-devel (usual warnings apply). If it doesn't show in app manager, then try running (in X Terminal):
Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install lynx

Can anyone share his/her experience using lynx? Most of my browsing is to text heavy sites where I go 'back' a lot. Mainly I use bloglines or rather the mobile version. On the default browser of the N900 I find browsing them slower than on my old E61i running Opera Mini...

If it works fine, it would be awesome if I could somehow launch the 'full media' browser from a link when needed.

It's in the extras-devel repository. I'm not brave enough to permanently add it, so one way is to get the package from here. Make sure you first get the libncursesw5 package. That is, as root:

Code:
# apt-get install libncursesw5
Cheers!
