This is a bit weird!? My USB charger adapter that Nokia provides to use older Nokia chargers squealing and getting hot!?

I thought that it was just a rewire to USB plug?

It has a small amount of electronics in I think.

Getting hot is not unusual! they get extremely hot. Sqeeling however....
