Hi All,
Sometimes I cant get to my phone when it rings within 20 seconds so the person calling me ends up going to my voicemail and I have to call them back - It would be great if I could increase the time my phone rings before going to voicemail to something like 30 or even 40 seconds .... in settings menu you have only 2 options:
No answer in 20 seconds, unavailable or busy
or
No

Does anyone know how I can increase the time my phone rings????

the call forwarding applet allows to set up to 30 secs (may be network dependent?).

Easiest way i find is to slap the sim in a s60 device(i use a 5800/n97). Select the diverts you want (when not answered) and it asks what delay you would like before diverting. Its a maximum of 30 seconds.

I'd get you the short dial command but as we know these dont work on the n900 lol.

Obviously this assumes you have access to a s60 3rd or 5th ed device

It's a network dependant thing.

Disable call forwarding as per these instructions and it'll ring forever. If you want to go for a more specific time then contact your network operator.
