Okay i managed to do it with rsync +grsync (GUI for rsync). Found solution from link above and there was blog link and there was a comment

had to do SSH login without password -method and now it seems to work! First time doing backup so lets see what happens next time when there is couple new files

I personally would like to have this kind of software! It could be own daemon or somehow use built-in share feature.
