ok so i've installed the bootscreen manager and it seems to be working fine but only with the bootscreens other people have made when i try to make one of my own it always tells me the file is either too big or not in a supported format. if anyone has any tips on how to make a compatible AVI file that would be helpful

ps: i have made sure the file names are all one word

http://www.mediafire.com/file/zjggnj...verter_1.2.zip

use that to encode anything to avi, just open the 'flv to avi.exe' to run the program, set screen size to 800x480, set video bit rate to 2000, leave everything else as default, its never failed me when i make boot vids
