Could you elaborate on how you got the "Black Grille" theme? Can't really help much without more information.
OMWeather:
Open OMWeather's application (either click on the widget, or launch from the application list.)
Open the Application Menu (the bar at the top of the screen.)
Go to Settings
Click on the station you want to delete
Press Clear, and Yes.
