New to this forum. Don't know which thread I should put this in.

I am having problems with my applications. When I go into application manager and click on any of the 3 options it says "operation failed" and "no applications available".

Do I need to restore my n900 to the original factory settings? If so how?

Thanks.

Through the Settings, you can restore the original settings. I've had the exact same problem. I updated the N900 to the same firmware version, and then, the problem was gone. (also deleted all the applications, because I downloaded some from the devel-repository).

I used my own code, the security code, with 5 numbers. (:

Is 10.2010.19-1 the latest firmware?

Yes, it seems so for me. You can check with Nokia Software Updater. It should be together with Nokia PC Suite for connecting your N900 to computer.
