Coming from a 5800XM which has Catalan UI, I feel my N900 strange. Luckily, the last week I've found the transifex project with some texts translated. I've also contributed in a couple of files, but when trying to test in my N900, the "add_remove_language add ca_ES" doesn't create a new entry in language®ion settings
I've looked through this forum, maemo bug tracker, and some other internet sites, and found that the usr/lib/locale/locale-archive file doesn't contain any references to catalan. I've done a cat locale_archive | grep ca_ES and doesn't come up with anything, but doing a search for en_US for example returns some data.
The question is, as locale-archive file is a binary file, is there some way to generate a new locale-archive adding a language key?
Meanwhile i'm overwriting the LC_MESSAGES folder of other language to do the tests, but I want to make it right
Thank you
