WONTFIX bugs are being closed as fixed so that fanboys can report that 698 bugs were fixed in Maemo 5:

But target is set to Harmattan on bugzilla.
If you correctly search&list fixed bugs for maemo 5 it lists them:

Fortunately, I randomly clicked some bugs and found that most of them have been fixed in fremantle targets. I've seen more REOPENED bugs than misfiled FIXED_IN_HARMATTAN bugs.
