The touchscreen of my N900 is not working anymore. I tried flashing to see if it helps but it did not. Now when i turn it on, it displays the welcome page and the regional settings. Since i could not use the touchscreen to click "save" button in regional settings page, I get stuck. I could not go to the Desktop page anymore where I could perhaps use the shortcut key to go to xterm and from there use the keypad to copy files from /home/user to /home/user/MyDocs.
I need to get my files which I stored in /home/user. I have already copied some of my files from /home/user/MyDocs by turning on "USB Mass Storage" mode. I could not however get my files from /home/user.
1. Is there any way i can mount the partition of /home/user from my windows/linux machine via USB?
2. Is there an image I can perhaps use that will then after flashing, give me access to xterm?
Thanks in advance for the help!
