I have put together about a half dozen seamless backgrounds for 9 desktop users and I want to know how to proceed.They are 9 individual images named background1-9 in png format and I am wondering the best way to make them available.

I personally keep them in a folder on my n900 and then use filebox to copy and paste them in home/user/.backgrounds. I'm not sure that this would be easy enough for everybody though.

All the images are copyrighted and allowed to be distributed under creative commons 3.0 as long as I credit the images to the copyright holder. So I was thinking of having a thumb nail of the entire image link to the copywriter's site and then have a link to download the 9 formatted images as a whole on mediafire or somewhere similar.

Any suggestions?

Just upload them on Imageshack or any other image sharing website and post the links here. Simples.
