The quality of N900 pictures it's ok, but i think, can do more than this.

With bless camera you obtain better photos, so i think, the default camera, compresses the image to save hard disc space...

Anyone can confirm the compression¿?

like other devices, with limited drivers, like a nokia n8.. now with a super great quality image with the new hack..

Press Power Search on the right side, enter "compression" - the first hit is the result you're searching for.

you can re-enable full quality of the pics if you are interested you'll end up with 4mb photos lol
