I can not get into webmail with my new 770. I sign in, it says certificate not valid, I say to save the certificate, it goes to the page where the inbox is and states "Loading", but it never loads. The certificate I save looks good (dates). I

tried minimo browser it it gives the message about the certificate, asks if I want to continue, I say OK and it crashes.

I want this to be my road warrior email/web access machine, but I can't get past this problem to customize other things.

Thanks for any advice.

Even my kids Sony PSP works with webmail. (albeit a pain to type)

Go to control panel-->date and time and make sure your home city is not London, UK. This will cause SSL to fail.

Seems that the device always default to that city, you have to pick a city in the correct timezone you are in.

While changing the city did stop the message about the certificate, the Opera brwser still failed to load the page. I am starting to think it may need Flash 8. Any Flash upgrades or open source flash players out there? Also Minimo crashes everytime I enter user ID and password.

Thanks in advance

Although I have the N800 model, I was having the same "loading" problem with RoadRunner webmail here in NC. Today, I updated to the new OS version for the N800 and coincidently, RR updated today to a new version of webmail. When I tried RR webmail today, it works perfectly on my N800, BUT I don't know if it is a result of the N800 update or the RR webmail update!

RR had advised earlier that a new version of webmail was being rolled out and we would be alerted to the change when applicable to our area. Well, it was the old webmail interface yesterday (looked like your woh interface linked above) and today, unannounced, I get the new interface at my link http://webmail.triad.rr.com. So there may be hope for you if the improvement was due to RR webmail update.

I have Road Runner mail as well (the old version), and am not able to get into it using the new N800 firmware (4.2007.26-8). Sounds like the new Road Runner is the answer, at least with the new firmware.

This was actually the reason why I switched to gmail - so I could get mail on the road.
