Hi all, I have a security camera setup at work and want to access it through the 770. When i go to my webpage it doesnt download the software to see the cameras. Is there a way to get activex to run on the browser?

Thanks for any help, Don

ActiveX is a proprietary technology developed by Microsoft. It is not, and will not be supported on Linux on ARM.

There are some security webcams that use Java technologies. There are a number of people working on getting Java going on the 770/n800, so that might be a possibility within the next few months. Active X as noted, is a proprietary Microsoft technology and will never rear its ugly head on Linux. Anybody aware of any flashed based security cameras? Seems feasible to me and the n800 now has Flash 9 support.
