Could it possibly be a modem script issue? Does the N800 provide any facility to alter the script used for dialing, etc?

did you have to update your blackberry to .123 or did it come from bell like that? Mine is running .66 and I wonder I could update perhaps via the bell firmware. Something good to ask over at the blackberry forums i guess.

I've had success pairing the 810 now with Verizon on both an XV6800 WM6 and the 8830 Blackberry. Also paired with Nokia N95 on TMO... the only issue has been with the 8830 on Verizon, I needed to have the tethering option added or it would fail with an authentication error.
