Hi Jamdat. I returned my 770 to expansys (Manchester) today. See my thread "Is my screen defective?".

I wasn't happy with the screen within seconds of booting it up for the first time. My problem was with the screen clarity rather than the sensitivity of the screen. I've since been assured it's normal, but I honestly think my screen was buggered. I'm also convinced the wifi antenna was goosed since I only succeeded in connecting to the net once in six days!

With Nokia/retailers clearing their warehouses of tens of thousands of 770's, I guess it's possible that a percentage will be defective for one reason or another.

Hopefully my replacement 770 will not suffer these problems...and I suggest you exchange yours asap, although I see expansys order time for stock delivery is currently 7 days

I had a simialr problem, again a cheap machine from Expansys, used it for one day then the screen completely corrupted, unable to see anything whatsoever! Awaiting a replacement, if I get the same problem then sack it and I'll by the N800

Your screen might need to be recalibrated, but if you can't even get one click on the screen not sure how to do that. You might try reflashing the device.
