Hi,

Ive flashed my N9 a hundred times using Windows Flasher. I want to try doing it with Phoenix. I just cant figure it out. Is anyone who has done it able to help me? Id really appreciate it!

OK, put the files from Navifirm in a folder named RM-696 and copy it in c:\Program FIles\Nokia\Phoenix\Products
Then, connect your N9, click Sync and...then choose connection in Phoenix (you'll see there USB RM696...then File, Scan Product and let it scan, then Firmware, Firmware update, click on ... and the new window will come up, click on product code, OK, then Software update or Refurbish and wait..

edit 2: okay so I find my device but scan button is disabled?

first by no connection select your device, than scann produkt

what version are U guys using? I had 2011 version which saw my phone but couldnt connect, also scan button was disabled. now Ive fully uninstalled and now have 2010.8 installed. This version doesnt even see my phone but has scan product button?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Come on man, you need at least 38.2011.
