1) use Folders application (http://store.ovi.com/content/221072?...e=search&pos=1), create a folder and put shorcuts within
2) hide desktop shortcuts using this line:
mv appname.desktop /usr/share/application/.appname.desktop
(replacing "appname" with the name of the application that you want to hide)
