Short Review: Phone will Reboot but it works. YAY! Here is how to use it:

Step 1. Go Online via Google Chat (using the menu)
Step 2. Go to Contacts / Messages / Recent Calls and Select Video Call from call method.

Note: You must be Online via Google Chat.

I like that it works! Also you can swap the front and back Camera and hide the end call info. Works in USA 3.5 G on tmobile. Somewhat laggy the other person said. I though it was pretty good for 3G.

Pro:
* Works
* Font/Back Camera
* Hide End Call/ make FCC Smaller box

Con:
* Reboot on Install / Uninstall
* No how to use guide or home shortcut.

The video call works amazing with the front/back camera selection feature.... but... my stock camera app (including other camera app like HDR etc) stops working once I use video call.

I have to reboot the phone.

bummer....

+1 works awesome

it took me a while to figure out that it wasnt a separate app that I needed to open and that it was integrated into contacts.

So far works great. the quality isnt super good but not bad for a front facing camera

I keep on getting an error message after the latest update - it now wont install. I believe this is a common error..

I think that is what was happening to me.

Once you install it, the phone will reboot, afterwards you look and there is no app icon in the apps main screen.

if you go into your application list, its there, and if you click launch in the ovi store, it shows an error.

BUT if you go into your contacts that have google talk, you will see a little phone next to their google talk button, if you click on this you can start a video call.

I think I uninstalled and reinstalled maybe 3 times until I realized this
