Looks like OpenHand has just released Poky 3.0 on Aug. 1 and is now sporting a Nokia 800 image that is experimental.

Was wondering if anyone has tried this yet and if so what are your results? Unfortunately I only have a 770.

I've successfully installed it on my N800, check out my blog for a video of me using Poky on my N800.

I don't mean to get down on the effort, but come on... wifi is a basic for this device.

It's a development image. Perhaps chat to the people on #angstrom and ask about the wifi driver. It may simply be that they can't include it as it's proprietary - you may be able to add it yourself as you own a Nokia (I think there's a wrapper driver for the wifi binary blob driver?)
