My N900's touchscreen is failing. It doesn't register pressure in lower right corner and around it properly - buttons change colors but don't get pressed, sometimes it even stops working at all. Recalibration attempts made things even worse, had to use sudo tscalibrate reset.
Replacement touchscreen will arrive in ages. I have a few android phones for temporary replacements to choose from - however, it will take some time to set any of them up, and anyway I need N900 today and probably tomorrow.
Is there a way to control N900 via keyboard only in case I need to make a call while touchscreen fails completely, or at least a way to turn on and setup bluetooth from xterm so I could connect a mouse?
I could also use some advice on lightning-fast way of transferring contacts from N900 to Android.
