Hi everybody!

I've been working on a simple but effective icon pack support for Sailfish OS. While I'm waiting for the UI to be completed (thanks to dax89), I wrote a Wiki on how to create an icon pack to be compatible with my script.

I tested the script with a quick'n'dirty (hence incomplete) build of Moka. Here how it looks like:




As you can see, stock, 3rd party and Android icons are supported.

As the script has been more widely-tested and I've been shaping it, I decided to add support for Jolla Ambient icons.

They are a set of icons displayed in applications that use default components, so theming Jolla Ambient would have effect on all native apps. More info in the wiki.

I changed once again the script to add font and system sounds theming support. Everything is documented in the wiki, fell free to share any suggestion.

Great! Then I can easily make a Harmattan theme for SFOS or cover other UN-Sailfish like Android icons. Great work!

It still needs some testing. I released this first build to have some feedback. So use it only if you can take the risk!

A 3rd party UI is already on OpenRepos

I added font and system sounds theming support, now the script may be a little closer to a proper theme support for Sailfish OS.
