That was more a joke than anything too serious. Although I love it when people think my phone's "weird" and that's pretty much the only reaction I get.

Hahah, lol, this made me chuckle.

While it looks neat and all, I've got my eyes on LG for what they come up with. Unless the n950 has an open bootloader and is generally user replaceable OS friendly. (you know, for upgrades to later meegos which nokia will surely forget once they're sold.)

Usually people sneer and guffaw at the size of my N900 'brick'.

Can't wait to see their faces when I slip out this James Bond style N9 and say, "Oh yes...it's the new Nokia." hehehe

A little disappointed that we couldn't see multi tasking being demonstrated.
Though he is swiping from the menu, not browser.
There is also a part where he swipes to the left and it opens gallery. Could be that it's something you can assign or opens last app you visited.

Because that would rock.

I just like being fairly unique, and working with and around a (usually) fantastic, warm, friendly and appreciative community. I wonder if developers for other "ecosystems" could say the same thing?

Maybe it's just the wrong date on the device... Maybe it loses the date&time when you remove the battery

Just finished watching the teaser vid, and remembered why they call them teaser vids.. you see something just not very much and definitely not enough. Irritating! I can't really form an opinion to be honest, looking forward to the conference to hear some more

The music cuts very abruptly at the end as the singer begins to sing "Jessie's Girl"... just squeaking out the "J.." There must be a longer version (or else the audio might have been added to the video afterwards) as it doesnt fit right, Im assuming whoever Nokia hired would have done a more professional job with the sound.

Well done to pocketnow.com for the scoop

The community has for long been the most addictive part about the N900 experience. And I don't want to be trolling or starting a flamewar with my thoughts on this vid. I just have my reservations about it. It seems different to what I've come to expect!

the resolution looks pixelated, lower pix density due to larger area and keeping the res 8x4.8 ...

suspect, but again nokia is in bad shape, so its probable.
