So I got the OMWeather desktop app working for the beta OS, but transparency is busted. Now I have a big white block on an otherwise clean desktop.

Missing libraries I had to install were libdbus-1-2 and osso-ic-lib. Weather installed fine, but am I missing something to make it transparent? The checkbox in the weather options has no affect.

as far as I understand it, they install but were setup for OS2007, and not intended to run on OS2008 and haven't been rewritten or ported for OS2008, hence why the transpancy is busted on the old widgets.
