First you need to know that cdma and gsm are two different things.
How can you put cdma on a gsm phone

that would be a wcdma (3g) i think your refering to, normal cdma does not use sim cards.

This is a sort of doubt thats been playing in my mind for a little while.
As i have understood,n900 supports cdma.
I am from india,here USB MODEMS are recently well available in market,the usb modems use cdma sim cards. They off speedy internet in cheap rates than GSM.(what i have now).
My question is, can i insert that cdma sim in my n900 and use the internet facility?
