sorry mate.. seems the only option left is to Flash it ..
Follow Manual Flashing Method B from FP.
At step 11 type following code:
CODEflasher-3.5 -F R.bin --flash-only=kernel -f -R
This will only flash your kernel.
Reboot with your keyboard open & press 0.
Though i would suggest still wait to see if someone can help you out of this problem
