sorry mate.. seems the only option left is to Flash it .. Follow Manual Flashing Method B from FP.
At step 11 type following code:
CODEflasher-3.5 -F R.bin --flash-only=kernel -f -R
This will only flash your kernel.
Reboot with your keyboard open & press 0.
Though i would suggest still wait to see if someone can help you out of this problem

Do you want to flash your kernel by PC, what is your operating System, If you have windows 7 then I can help you.
