The phone is 100% dead, i cannot reflash it.

Hypothetically speaking if i got another N900 it wouldn't be thebacking up(as really i know i should have done it) but the faffing about this time round i would have to get it how i want again

What would it be worth as 'spares / Repairs' The parts are all in tact (physically) i.e. Screen, Keyboard, Camera modual etc.

how about removing the battery and putting it back? or better yet, borrow the same type of battery from someone...leave it alone for a day perhaps?

i just can't believe that something is broken without messing something in the first place. unless you really overclocked it to 5 ghz...lol

so putting the usb cable while pressing "u" in the hw keyboard is not working?

The phones been left for a few days, battery charged on an external charger and tested its perfect, still charges to full capacity.

When you plug the charger in Nothing happens at all, no LED no screen dead.

I sometims OC'd when playing a game to 800mhz, but at the time of death it wasn't.

Its like there is no power at all getting to the phone no matter the battery/connection type.

Since it's essentially a piece of trash, I would make a generous offer of $75 for it. Then you can go on with your life.

For the US thats a good offer, the only downside is am a UK lad so shipping would be a killer, and seeing as the pound is stronger than the dollar, that converts to a little under hald (so your offer would be about £30 in my money) less shipping (about £15)...leave me about £15 haha.

Shame other wise i would have taken you up on that.

Might be best for an ebay jobbie.

Do you want to sell it to me CraigRobo.
I want to get the camera Unit on it. My camera Unit lense got dirty by the service place and taking pretty terrible image because of the lense coating got smudged.

If I can buy just the camera Unit then I'm happy other wise everything even more happy.

Judging by Ebay the going price is between £80-£120
