just looking at KetkuFIN Mod pictures in that particular Modification there are 3 wires, I assumed you only needed to connect the - and + terminals is there any benefit in having three wires???

I am building up my courage to solder, I forsee many problems namely 3 degree burns and I have taken out insurance on my fingers just in case!!! if somehow I survive all that intact is there any particular type of wires I require??

hey dr frost. there is this new widget available in the repos.it shows time remaining, charging, voltage. battery percentage etc. its called qtbatteryewidget. but it is based on the normal battery data in sthe status bar. can u please change it to reading the original data like in your battery meter pelase?

thanks to dr_frost from my heart without him i was not able to do anything.
actually after this mod my n900 is bulky and thick with mugen cover and with the weight of one more battery but it feels good when you know you have the power of dual battery :-) and yes its really easy to type with mugen cover as dr_frost already stated that earlier. its been 7 hrs i made few calls, browsing and clicked some pictured the battery is just down to 90% from 95% and thats really amazing
i don't have problem with the bulkiness of n900 now because i was use to the bulkiness with the otterbox(below in pictures)
this mod is really the best and simple one thanks to cantruchd, with the help of sillicone i fixed the wires so its pretty solid
