i am done with my mod the cantruchd style mod.
thanks to dr_frost from my heart without him i was not able to do anything.
actually after this mod my n900 is bulky and thick with mugen cover and with the weight of one more battery but it feels good when you know you have the power of dual battery :-) and yes its really easy to type with mugen cover as dr_frost already stated that earlier. its been 7 hrs i made few calls, browsing and clicked some pictured the battery is just down to 90% from 95% and thats really amazing
i don't have problem with the bulkiness of n900 now because i was use to the bulkiness with the otterbox(below in pictures)
this mod is really the best and simple one thanks to cantruchd, with the help of sillicone i fixed the wires so its pretty solid
so here are few pictures....and thank you for reading
thank you dr_frost

more pictures......
in the last picture of mugen cover i have tapped the camera opening with plastic clear sheet so that its dust proof and used a permanent marker to divide the flash light area from the camera lens so that when flash is used it should not spoil the picture by making it blur.

just looking at KetkuFIN Mod pictures in that particular Modification there are 3 wires, I assumed you only needed to connect the - and + terminals is there any benefit in having three wires???

Yes only + and - needed, i will actually recommend that you do not connect the 3 wire (BSI), just to not confuse the BMS in the N900

Max size you would ever need is AWG22.

Just be careful where you put down your soldering iron and you should be fine

If anybody want to take the touch on this here is my script explained as best as i can.

The script is divided in to 6 segments, this is to simulate the dual LOG scale of the battery voltage vs capacity.
Download the zip in post #3 if it is easier to follow.

1 segment:
if voltage is greater then 4050mV then battery % = 85 + (mV - 4050) / 12

2 segment:
if voltage is greater then 3900mV and less then 4050mV then battery % = 70 + (mV - 3900) / 10

3 segment:
if voltage is greater then 3800mV and less then 3900mV then battery % = 50 + (mV - 3800) / 5

4 segment:
if voltage is greater then 3660mV and less then 3800mV then battery % = 15 + (mV - 3660) / 4

5 segment:
if voltage is greater then 3600mV and less then 3660mV then battery % = 5 + (mV - 3600) / 6

6 segment:
if voltage is less then 3600mV then battery % = (mV - 3300) / 60

INFO: 4050mV = 4.050V

I'm a bit strapped for time lately, so if anybody want to upgrade the battery widget in question here's the recipe.

Got some good news from my SCUD battery order at AliExpress:
1) Jef xiao has been suspended and I got a message that I will get a full refund within 7 days
2) the one I ordered from Lucia Lui arrived very fast and is now entering its second day of use, looking great so far

EDIT: Refund received, all is well
