hmm. sorry, i do not recall the exact error on the screen and planned on taking a screenshot the third time, but it worked.
i did read about ignoring the error, but cannot confirm it was that dialog, so it seemed different.
it came afer the ./speed.... command

that error happend with me once
but i also remember karam post mkdir /usr/local/sbin
and removed it because a member pointed that the patch creates the directory
hope your problem is solved

i applied the patch but when i check the dev/cgroup/cpu directory its not there.

none of you guys have found problem in battery side after installing it..i mean when i installed my battery was drained a lot quicker then normal..but none of you guys have mentioned it.. or just am facing that probs.

this error is not an error
because the patch creates /home/user/.profile but before creating it
it makes sure it is there
if it is not there it will create it and give that error
so the patch should be applied
EDIT: i have added a command mkdir /usr/local/sbin
might be the one causing the problem
if it was
then the error must be
/usr/local/sbin no such file or directory
however this error doesn't effect the patch
because N900 doesn't use cgroup_clean command
wich must be placed in /usr/local/sbin
