You have to put http:// before the address, save, then restart the application.

I've tried this and it works great.
One thing I wonder is how it would be possible to play files which is not listed as artist/albums/songs.
When I have only one folder without subfolders I can't get these files to play.
Is this something I have to change in the client on my computer?
