you need to open the command line first. then type

cd C:\Program Files(x86)\Maemo\flasher-3.5\

then the flasher-3.5.exe -F RX-51_2009SE_20.2010.36-2_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin -f

since your using 64bit you need to apply this when it says waiting for suitable device

http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_t...nd_Workarounds

and straight away, DO NOT REBOOT, this is only if you want to flash your EMMC

flasher-3.5.exe -F <place emmc image name here> -f -R

but the two files need to be in the

C:\Program Files(x86)\Maemo\flasher-3.5\

Nobody is giving you any answers here and as i do not use Windows 7 64bit i would not be able to assist you unless it was a 32 bit so maybe it is the OS that is not allowing the flasher to work.

AHA there you go ... your answer from m4r0v3r.

Workaround for "no suitable device found" problem on Windows 7 x64
Once this message appears, run inf-wizard.exe from libusb-win32 package and create an inf file for "N900 (PC Suite Mode)" and install this inf driver. Then go to Device Manager and update the driver for N900 Phone Parent and the flasher should spring to life...

Issues with 64-bit Windows and Workarounds
According to this post, Windows driver signing can cause problems. You either need to turn on the loading of unsigned drivers or boot your computer to whole another OS. There are a few workarounds:

these are the two to try. but its a lot easier just to get a linux image and install it onto the virtual machine

Great work there m4r0v3r and looking at the answers is mind boggling lol so no wonder i never run any version of Windows in 64bit because i have always found very few dev's write for the 64bit versions and the reason many problems and differences from the vastly used 32bit versions.
