my question is , in filemanager when i look into shared folders on my desktop it shows 2 folders that arent there (ive ran search on my desktop) they are labeled I$ and C$ but there are nothing in them. anyone else have this problem and know how to get them to go away , crap like that is very annoying to me.

That's a problem with your server, generally. I remember seeing similar things in various clients a few times when my samba server got messed up.

Those are just "administrative" shares that Windows machines will create and hide by default. (C$, PRINT$, ADMIN$, IPC$...). I believe you would have to go into the registry to actually disable them and even then I don't think you can stop $IPC, which is sort of a hackers favorite.

I think that is the File manager being "helpful".

If you click on the C$ share then I am guessing that you do not actually see your C drive of your PC. This is because the C$ share is not actually created.

Any share name followed by a $ sign is a hidden share. So you can't find it just by browsing the network. You have to manually map a drive to it. As File manager does not let you "map" a share, it is there just incase you have created it for yourself. I am guessing.
