Sense 2.3 for Maemo will not be complete without it dockbar....
so in the spirit on helping this community i have a few dockbar to complete the set.....
here is a sneak pick on my device
now there two way to use it on your desktop....
1.QBW
2.merge it with your wallpaper
i prefer using QBW cause you can edit/move the dockbar anywhere on your desktop but if you prefer merging with your wallpaper then use photoshop.....
here is some sample on my dockbar collection....

If the screen is locked, the images won't update.
Not sure about the weather, but as far as i know it's 30 minutes
In other words, you won't notice the difference, unless you've done something wrong

as i tried www.weather.yahoo.com, it gave me the same error as geekgirl mentioned, then i tried www.uk.weather.yahoo.com and it worked.
