davinci was born on april 15, 1542

BASE 10 = 150542

That's so lame if true....
It's so bizarre that they'd want to deliberately limit the availability of the N9, just to smooth the way for the searay.
It needn't be done that way at all....
To me it makes horrid business sense when you consider all the money/time that's gone into Maemo/Meego/N900/N9 over the years.

This story shows it's at least been tested by vodafone, & on a recent build
http://conversations.nokia.com/2011/...-the-nokia-n9/

On a brighter note my mate at Vodafone did say that Nokia are releasing a Tablet next year Q1 which in the reps own words "will be different to anything else on the market" something will apparently be announced middle of next month August.
Ah so that seals it, all this weird "tabco" marketing floating around must be Nokia.
Only Nokia would do such obscure marketing/build-up, announce, & then not release till 4mth+ later.
Stoopid Nokia

I think you can do it in a few seconds
150452 - DaVinci's date of birth
-> 248338

Everytime a new solution comes out, I think I could have known that. Great work from Nokia on this.

Something I noticed, but it didn't work: Look at the windows in the first video (swipe), count the small ones, you get 202016 (right window partly covered) or only the outer ones 141412... there are so many codes in this videos...

It's funny, because I was looking for something similar in page source. ( BTW, my Ubuntu 10.10 just logout if I try to see the image's properties, and the built in image viewer doesn't show this desciption ... quite strange...)

Just to clarify, go to a site that converts, such as:

http://www.unitconversion.org/unit_c...r/numbers.html

Enter From value as "150452" and type as "decimal"
Enter To type as "base-9" - this will you give answer "248338"

For all those that cannot see the description in DaVinci picture it reads:-

"19th-century illustration of a portrait of Leonardo da Vinci (isolated on white). Italian polymath, scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, painter, sculptor, architect, botanist, musician and writer. He was born on April 15, 1452 in Vinci, Italy and died on May 2, 1519 in Amboise, France. The engraving was published in Systematischer Bilder-Atlas zum Conversations-Lexikon, Ikonographische Encyklopaedie der Wissenschaften und Kuenste (Brockhaus, Leipzig) in 1844."
