According to the cordiatab website, it has SIM card slot. Sure it may still be too big to act as a phone but its not like as if one would be walking around holding cordiatab or <insert_any_tablets_with_phone_functionality> up to their ears, would they?

If you actually did so, please open up the terminal, type "uname -a", enter, type your name, and take a picture.
That would prove that you actually have a N950(not a knock-off), and it was you that took the picture.

the N950 was meant as a consumer device (like N8, E7, E6, 8800....), but Nokia suddenly decided to cancel the N950 as an mainstream device, but they already had produced some of them. So now the N9 is the consumer device, which will be sold and the n950 is only for devs, so they can make some apps for the N9.
summary:
Q4 2010: N9-00 (qwerty model) was meant as mainstream device, a consumer device you could buy.
NOW: The old N9-00 is labeled N950 (devs only!) not for sale!!! And we have a new N9 (no qwerty kb) which you can hopefully buy
