There's no File Manager built in (I have an N9 and there's nothing there). The Search feature allows you to find files that you've downloaded but doesn't offer any file manager functionality.
I'm developing a native file manager app which is currently in Alpha. It's at http://projects.developer.nokia.com/filemanager and will eventually include cloud storage connection and text editing.

those who have used the devices can you tell that plz, and if there is no filemanager how do they access the files from the phone ?
