With your high usage you should have a drop of at least 100mAh from what i measured it to when i made it.
This is still the biggest problem with Li-ion and LiPo battery's.
I just got myself some nice LiFePo4 battery's for the next EV project, these have 2000cycles to 80%, where the LiPo only has about 300-500cycles to 80%.

This battery has 12x Headway 16Ah Cells, for a 48Ah 12V (12.8V) battery
Only minus is that is ways 6KG...

Despite all correct rationale behind this statement, on my case bme always do start correctly with bq27x00 module loaded (kp47 default behavior, right?). Really, tested it many times before, and tested again few times now.

Unless I misunderstood something, it would be great to test and clarify this thing once for all, as I have yet to seen any case, when our "beloved" bme failed to load, due to bq27x00 blocking access. Of course, if there is any testing procedure / debug info I can perform/provide, I would be very glad to contribute testing, cause all this "theory vs practice" mess with bq27x00 module and bmi is becoming a little irritating. Shadowjk, any ideas how we can check this "phenomena"?

Oh actually some versions of kernel-power has a dangerous hack that allows bq...ko and bme to exist at the same time.

I can confirm bme restarted with bq* module loaded, KP47 here. Anyway, after have read the discussion about potential HW problems (also on IRC logs) I decided to rmmod and blacklist it. For me, bq27200.sh script gives you all info needed on battery.

What exactly are y powering with it? A lifter?*

*Despite English wikipedia claim lifters doesn't work on vacuum, it's plain wrong. In vacuum, thrusting force is electron wind, instead of ion wind - much lower efficiency, right, but still generating thrust.

Although, after much consideration, I agree that including mentioned path in kp's up to 47 wasn't good practice, I think it's worth to mention that it is theoretically dangerous. Unless someone can provide confirmed example of harm done by bq27x00 and bmi simultaneous work, which, AFAIK, no one is able to, up to date. Head-less chicken or not, irrational or so, it just works.

Just quick info - Mugenians changed price of Mugen Cover from 10$ to 15$, still keeping need for "proving" buying mugen battery before You can purchase backcover. Of course, If You've bought cover before, trick with providing order number for cover transaction - to buy new cover - still works.

I'm starting to regret that I haven't bought 20 of them, when price was 10$

---

May be worth to include new price in 2nd post and dual batteries price calculations..

Just to follow-up, my problem of "not charging" was actually reloading BME/bq27x00 module conflicts. In fact it was actually charging, it just did not indicate the charging or show charging light. So it was a n00b mistake by me and I apologize for the noise.

Got my mugen cover a few days ago.
I had just made up an order number using nine 0's, which was accepted by their form. A few days went by without confirmation from Mugen, but they told me they would ship it after I enquired by email.
Others might have even better luck with making up an order number in the "real" range of 50002XXXX (replace the x's with some small random number, less than 3000)
