the font in virtual is kentucky fried chicken font. how do you mean the font looks ok in the first image i ment the font in the window not on the keys

by the looks of it (first pic) i dont see any different while in (second pic) that normal cause you can use any fonts on notes....
if TC fails to change your fonts as you said the delete all font in
home/user/.fonts
then try import the fonts using TC again...remember to change you current font to nokia sans(default font) first before deleting all fonts in the folder...if you dont then you will get a square fonts later on...
