As of August 28th, QT version 4.7.0 is available from fremantle extras.

Package-name: qt-experimental

Any thoughts?
Developers?

I wonder why they did not push 4.7.3 instead?

EDIT: added package name

My answer is : Why not?!

That's a good thing Qt 4.7 is pushed to extras !
Qt 4.7 for fremantle was already in extras-devel/testing since a long time, here we have a mature framework!

I think it may be a good news for the QML devs at least

Why no 4.7.3? You can help to port it if you want
I guess Qt for maemo is quite some work, so the versions are always async with the base Qt.

Wait.
Qt 4.7.0 is a part of PR 1.3 image, isn't it?
And we have stable Qt 4.7.4 @ CSSU git repo (thanks to freemangordon).

Thanks for the tip, I was checking repositories for latest QT, since I am trying to build packages for diablo (n8x0). I've checked the dates and was surprised to find they added qt-experimental-4.7.0 3 days ago.

BTW: where are the QT dev packages matching PR 1.3?

All Qt packages should be available here: http://repository.maemo.org/pool/fre...ree/q/qt4-x11/

Thanks, I did not notice 4.7.0 versions

Sorry for the false alarm.
