BTW I left no chance that any GURU Meditation errors occur, absolutely none, and I tested it, both with my memory card plugged in or out, but seems that a few people are still having problems. So if you are of those few, and you have a memory card plugged in your device, to be able to boot NITDroid, you should make sure that the file:
/etc/multiboot.d/11-NITDroid-mmcblk0p2-2.6.28.NIT.07.item
has ITEM_DEVICE in it set to {INT_CARD}p2
or else, NITDroid won't boot if there is a memory card plugged in.

I actually have a memory card plugged in my N900 at all times, and the installer just ran fine. One of the reasons that you're faing problems is because, maybe you are running the installer with no memory card plugged in, and then plugging in the mmc?

My phone will not boot with SD Card installed.

The file 11-NITDroid-mmcblk0p2-2.6.28.NIT.07.item in my settings has ITEM_DEVICE=mmcb1k0p2.

So do I delete this and make it
ITEM_DEVICE={INT_CARD}p2

Just want to make sure before I try it.

Thanks

Hi guys, installed yesterday just to check that it would work (it did, as you will see from my post on the previous page), now I've uninstalled it because I want to reflash with the 8gb emmc.

I haven't had my N900 long, and have never had to flash it... if I copy this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O54KdLvTA2U should I be okay? It's a link from the Updating the firmware page.

In the video, he's using an 8gb partition file for the emmc, which I've downloaded (as well as the latest Global firmware), that's why I thought it'd be easiest to follow his instructions (I also feel more confident following a video rather than written instructions). Is this still the best way to reflash? Sorry for the noob question, and thanks for any help

If you have a memory card in, change it to ${INT_CARD}p2
