hi everyone, to cut a long story short, i found a what bugs my gps. it's the Qt Quick compatibility app.

after a few reflash i experienced problems locking gps with sygic but also maps and marble.

i already said this in other threads but i think this is now confirmed, at least on my phone.

Qt Quick compatibility is required to make fmobi work. so yesterday, after 3 days of reflashing i decided to ditch fmobi for sociality.

before installing it, sygic was working fine.

this morning.. bang, gps took ages to lock and when locked very ery slugish, dropping lock, etc.

made a backup, reflashed, reinstalled sygic, enebladed extras, restored the back up and when it asked me what apps i was going ro reinstall... bang, Qt Quick compatibility was there, without me knowing it, which was (maybe) downloaded last nite when installing sociality. it was the last app i installed, after cssu.

so opted out of reinstalling that app and now everything is working fine, gps locks in no time.

yesterday, had the same problem after installing fmobi and Qt Quick compatibility. unistalled both and the gps went back fine

hope this will help somebody having gps locking problems.

so, i know that cssu may was not the source of the bug i had, would it be safe for me to reinstall it? i mean, i'm not sure if Qt Quick compatibility was installed by sociality or cssu.

can anybody tell me that? i'm fed up of flashing the phone everyday, i just need it to work for work!
