This is link to download for your pc/laptop

and Here is the link for the synergy on N900.

unzip the downloaded file and place it at /usr/bin/

in xterm

Code:
chmod +x /usr/bin/synergyc

To run it

in N900 in xterm
Code:
synergyc 192.168.1.100
(IP add of pc with mouse and keyboard)

In pc's synergy write host name of your N900 in any one direction (To know hostname type hostname in xterm) and don't forget to write pc's host name in another direction or your mouse and keyboard will stuck in your phone

after finishing your work with synergy don't forget to write this code or your battery will need to be charge in short time
Code:
root
killall synergyc
if any other problem regarding this just reply me. I will guide you.

atlast thanked me if you found this is helpful to you for gaming(very helpful in webOS games), messaging, browsing, chatting etc.

ya, mouse pointer problem is there but for this I use usb mouse and connect it using H-E-N and disconnect it before connecting to synergy so mouse pointer will be visible on N900. In my N900 pointer does not invisible after using H-E-N usb mouse don't know this problem is only in my N900 or in everyone's. I have to restart it make it invisible.

There is also a different method to show the mouse pointer on N900 but this one is good because in that method pointer will always visible on N900 screen even if you restart it so That is not looks good.

interesting!
did you just recompile the synergy sources or did you have to make changes?
i assume you compiled yourself, because there are no official binaries for ARM available.

maybe you could submit the sources to the autobuilder, so it's available via Maemo Extras?

Looks like Synergy is now in extras-devel.

[EDIT] I started own thread: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?p=1137989

I'm working with it, and I will confirm/announce when it works.

It compiles differently on locally and builderserver (I do not know the reason). If 'synergyc' gives seg fault, it is possible it is still working when using 'synergyc host-ip' (It seg faults if it tries to print something).
