There was 2-3 Norwegians unboxing N9 on youtube that day. Again the amount they sold probably wasn't too many, but they sold some.
It appears this pic shows a small box with maybe 4 N9's for demo only and not the story that has been told on here than telenor have got them in stock and ready to send out pre-orders.

The date i got from Nokia direct is still standing as the 11th October and there is delays over the rest of the world as there dates are well after that.

There are still NO N9's that have been sold anywhere in the world as of today and the people who came on here telling everyone they have purchased are not telling the truth, they are demo units only.

There still could be a delay even for the 11th as something is still going on with Nokia and i am not able to find out what it is about this time.

The N9's being sent out worldwide are only in small numbers so there will for sure be a huge shortage in demand on pre-orders alone.

Now what has happened with this telenor who some have said there shipment has been dispatched???? confirmation will not happen because they have not been dispatched it is as simple as that because they only have DEMO units !.

I HATE Nokia now 100% they are nothing but *******s with this Elop at the helm.

Jesus tapdancing christ there WILL BE BLOOD!

Okay Ive only booted it up and gone through the intro thing.

Of course this invalidates Abills theory on 11th, just saying.


There are still NO N9's that have been sold anywhere in the world as of today and the people who came on here telling everyone they have purchased are not telling the truth, they are demo units only.
Second buyer today, the other one was in queue right before me.


Edit: gotta run send my SGS2 to the chick up north, but any requests on pictures or whatever you want, let me know and Ill try to get it done tomorrow. Got the day off

So your telling everyone you bought it today and yesterday you said it had been dispatched to you???? something is not right here and now your dissapearing without any explanations whatsoever???.

Good on ya mate if you have got but i think telenor will be a hated company if this is true because they will be the only ones to have.

Okay, story: Called Telenors webstore support, they had recieved fewer units than there were orders, so mine didnt end up in the first batch.

Headed to a local Telenor store where they had gotten 7 phones today. One was sold to the guy in front of me, then I bought one. Black, cause they didnt have magenta or cyan. But I figure "****it its an N9". So I bought it. And tomorrow when support opens for the webshop ill cancel my original order.

No more magic than that


By the way, they have 5 left, and said they would ship in Norway if people wanted. Telenor awards the top salesman on the N9s this month a porche driving test run on an icetrack, so theyre REALLY pushing for this phone in Norway at least.

by the way, I got an email reply from Elop:

Thus, we will be very thoughtful about the nature and degree of changes that we make.
