OK. Well the uploading now seems to be throttled by my ISP so this isn't gonna be quick. Just so you know whats going on, I'm uploading the N800 version, so if you are after the one for the N810, you'd better look elsewhere. Meanwhile, I'm looking into the torrent thing.

Would anyone frown on the use of something like www.senduit.com as a method of alternative delivery for such content ?

Its amazon S3 powered I believe . . .

Thanks for the attempt. It started off at 100kBps, but is now running at 30. Still better than the 4.6 I've got on the official download path.

What's really needed is a torrant, like I used for the beta. That was quick...

My ETA was hovering between 3½ and 8 hours...

I hope your server will withstand the slashmaemo effect so I can also start seeding it on some lucky torrent tracker.

md5sum ought to be 89e0661318f60420c691f4e1dd0c6ba3. At least I managed to grab that one from Nokia...
