Ok, now I understand.
Safe to assume that those third parties that have shown any interest will receive stock unless they do so in large numbers or via a separate party that will secure and ship to (say) Amazon and the like?

Someone had asked whether Nokia could sell devices through a community device program to users in countries where Nokia is not having direct N9 distribution - or at least this is how I understood the question.
The answer I gave is no, Nokia can't do this but probably the potential users of this program will be able to buy an N9 through third parties anyway.
Nokia has no plans of distribution of N9 in the USA. If a third party does then it's up to that third party to announce the availability and terms of the guarantee. Even if I'm not a sales person I don't think you will get any different answer from Nokia...

Please, please, is there any important person here, a person wich works at Nokia, who knows Nokia (may be Peter @ Maemo Marketing) who can bring us a final answer to the question:
-Are the Nokia N9 64Gb version avaliable in ALL three colors? (Black, Cyan & Magenta)

so from this post of yours we can conclude that even though we manage to get a device from third party, and break the device in future (not willingly ofcouse), nokia service center located in Alabama is straight up going to refuse service to us even though we are ready to pay for a repair.
since you didnot mention anything about you not being in position to answer the initial question, can we take your answer as an answer from Nokia USA in general.
thanks.
