yeah, so where is it then?
someone put a link in the comments, http://store.ovi.com/content/192712
if i click that, it says not available in my country.
If I log in, it gives a blank page instead. I tried changing my country in my account settings and it still gives a blank page.
Do these guys know if they make something "not available" for purchase, they're just asking us to pirate it?

maybe they don't dare block europeans because the countries are too close together and it's hard to tell from the ip address which one you are in? I dunno.
I just posted this as a warning to people importing the device, might want to check on this before buying.

It depends of the country. I live in Ivory coast (West africa), I don't have any acces to OVI store, so I used to use a Proxy. Try with a UK one or Russian.

Just stupid behaviour... Why would they do this?

Who cares if it's not being sold in North America.
There'll be many people who've "jumped through hoops" to get it there.
And they might be willing to contribute to the success of Nokia Store.

But noooo, Nokia can't have that... sheesh...

it could be the companies like EA causing the problem though, EA is a stupid enough company to cause something like this, trust me
