there are not companies, there are technicians or people with skills to do that.
If I were you, would look at youtube vids ( n900 disassemble ) and you will feel much confident to know how to open it and do the changes you want, it is SOOOOOO easy!
just buy the case and screen and do it.

I love my Nokia n900. bit scratched etc
Just wanted to know is there any company which replaces screen, case etc ?
