Yes, it appears as "INBOX" is capitals. The problem seem to be an incorrect handling of IMAP4 namespaces, in my setup I have both my private email folders and a shared folder (for spam classification). Is the IMAP code contained in the opensource Qt Messaging Framework? If so I might be able to take a look.

After some further use of the mail client on N950 (beta2), I noticed some further points:

- the "My name" field in account settings seem to have no effect: I have put my full name (Jeremy Lainé - note the accent) but the "From" field of the messages I send just contains my e-mail address.

- the "Signature" field in account settings also seems to be ignored: I have entered my signature and the checkbox/slider "Include signature" is checked (i.e blue and to the right-hand side), but my outgoing messages don't have a signature

- when replying to an email, an extra carriage return before the quoted text would be welcome, otherwise my text gets stuck to the "XXX wrote:" line

Thanks for answering questions and noting requests.

In the N900 implementation there is a date/time and status of last update. Those were extremely useful.

If not possible to be added (e.g, in the last sync information panel) then it will be very nice to see the last correct sync when opening the error notification in the transfers window. In that way, one knows since when he hasn't checked his messages.

Okay, I'm having trouble with the calendar.

So here's what I did, now I created 2 different appointments, with 2 different participants in the N9s calendar - And they got sent just fine, so I decided to see if I could reply to a meeting invite.

I couldn't, it showed up in my inbox just fine, but just threw me onto the actual meeting in the calendar without me being able to reply to anything - Oh well fine, it was already in the calendar I suppose. So I did it again, this time however, I deleted the meeting from my calendar, before receiving the email - Now nothing shows up when I receive the email, it doesn't show the calendar icon in the email client, there's nothing I can reply to, but if I check the email in the web browser or outlook, I can see the meeting just fine.

Long story short, what am I doing wrong, and how can I make meetings and replys work on the N9?

They are pretty much default. Just put in my details (username, password, server) for exchange and set it up to sync every hour.

Yes, you can find IMAP code in the QMF. As far as I know we are at least had a bug about this "Inbox" issue, so I think it's should be fixed. Just wait for an update

Provisioning is useful if your exchange account might have some confidential information that you don't want to show to anybody (for example if you lost your phone that might be useful ). However, this provisioning settings depends on the server security settings. It might ask you to set a "device lock" password (otherwise your account will not work) or you may be able to wipe your device from your PC and so on. So, non-provisionable device means that this feature is disabled for this account
NOTE: not all servers will accept it, it depends on the server settings.

Sorry that will not be possible.

Is it possible to sync Outlook (2007) calendar and mails via USB cable to N9?
