Could someone please tell me if it's possible to sync calendar and contacts via USB cable to Outlook 2007? Has anyone tried?

Reason for this question is that my company won't let it connect to MfE anymore :-(

I just also had a problem with that. It opened, but was only black and no icons were displayed. I just clicked at the position where the phone icon should be and the phone app opened. Afterwards, the icons in the quick launcher were visible again... Buuuuuuuuuuuugs!!!

Even though we have downloadable file managers now. Built in official applications do not use file browsing to save, load and send files. Meaning if you download a file from any where it doesnt ask you where you want to save the file. If you are attatching a file on the email unless the file format is recognised by Meego you cant attatch the file. Basically Nokia has made and sold an Iphone in Nokia Clothing. The only difference is Nokia wont support the N9 but apple still support their I phones. I paid $878 for this product and I want to return it. Anyone give me a reason not to.
Those things have been known about for ages. You should have done your research before buying.

j/k. It's an old TMO joke (albeit one that is wearing thin now).

I think this has a good fit in this questions & answers thread, especially for people who bought or intend to buy the N9 from another country:

Nokia warrants to you that during the warranty period Nokia or a Nokia authorized service company will in a commercially reasonable time remedy defects in materials, design and workmanship free of charge by repairing or, should Nokia in its discretion deem it necessary, replacing the Product in accordance with this Limited Warranty (unless otherwise required by law). This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in the country where you have purchased the Product provided that Nokia has intended the Product for sale in that country. However, if you have purchased the Product in a member state of the European Union, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland or Turkey and Nokia originally intended the Product for sale in one of these countries, this Limited Warranty is valid and enforceable in all of these above listed countries. Some limitations to the warranty service may apply because of country specific elements in the Products.

So within the EU it should be no problem to claim your warranty in the UK or Germany for example, with reference to that policy, which Nokia states on its own website.

Any apps that take advantage of the feeds-screen yet? For something useful?

Question: is it possible to be able to edit things in the feedscreen? IE type up and post a comment on a friends facebook status update, etc, right from the feed-screen or will it always be locked to the "click feed, open app, then do something" system?

Im looking at my N9s feedscreen and its got NOTHING. No facebook, cause its useless without any use to it, no RSS feeds cause... well nothing really interests me that much, theres nokias blog but its all symbian3 and no n9 so mostly just gibberish... a few tweets but **** tweets. also messages but those I read anyways just as i get them due to the lockscreen-swipe shortcut to recieved messages.

Kinda bored with that whole deal

Try mynokiablog.com... they have plenty of N9 news recently, and are also covering the new Windows Phones and S40 stuff... so basically anything Nokia is found there.
